Reservation & Rental Conditions

1. Car Rental Conditions / Rental Age

a) The renter must have a driving license for 3 years.

b) The renter must be over 23 years old.

c) The vehicle's daily limit of 300 km; There is a 3000 km limit for rentals monthly. If these mileage limits are exceeded, a fee of 5 TL per additional kilometer will be charged.

d) The Customer must have a Credit Card; otherwise a deposit must be paid.

2. Credit Card Usage and Deposit Fee

Our rental customers are required to have a credit card issued in their own name during the rental. This credit card must be open to internet use.

A pre-authorization of 3.000 TL will be taken for the car they rented from this credit card. 7 to 10 business days after the end of your rental, the relevant bank is informed in writing to cancel the provisioning process. You do not have to pay the bank; as pre-authorization is not a sales transaction.

For a safer driving and rental, financial analysis of our customers who have not rented a car from our company in the last 6 months will be made on the findeks.com site. If the Findeks report is not approved by you, reservations cannot be made.

3. License Period

You need a driving license for at least 3 years to rent vehicles.

Since the above prerequisites will be required during the rental, you can receive the vehicle if you have your driver's license and credit card with you. Our customers who are not Turkish citizens are required to bring with them a passport and a document showing that the entry date to Turkey is less than 6 months. Our foreign licensed customers who have been in Turkey for more than 6 months are required to show a Turkish Driver's License. It is not possible to rent with driver's licenses combined with new identities.

4. Prepaid Reservation Conditions

The credit card holder (user name must be written on the card) and the person who will receive the vehicle must be the same person. The payment card will be required to be presented at the office.

Below are the reservation cancellation and refund procedures for the vehicle you rented from LetsTR:

a) If there is more than 24 hour before the rental time, you can cancel your reservation without giving any reason. The entire reservation fee will be refunded to your credit card, which you have declared during the rental, between 7 and 10 workdays.

b) If the reservation is canceled less than 24 hour before the rental time, the 3-day rental fee and the extra purchased services and products will be deducted from the reservation amount and the remaining amount will be refunded to the credit card you have declared during the rental period. If the rental period is less than 3 days, no refund will be made.

c) If the vehicle is not received at the rental time without canceling the reservation, the provisions regarding the cancellation of the reservation within less than 1 hour are applied and the remaining amount is deducted from the 3-day rental fee and extra purchased services and products, and the remaining amount will be transferred between 7 and 10 workdays.

d) If the vehicle is delivered earlier than the rental period after the vehicle is received, no refund will be made for the remaining days.

e) Cancellation notifications You can cancel your reservation in writing by notifying cs@letstr.com with your reservation code and identity information, or by calling +90 216 987 0 777.

5. On-Site Payment Reservation Conditions

In order to finalize your reservation, our authorities may request payment of the rental fee 24 hours before your rental. If you do not want to pay, your reservation may be canceled by us.

Cancellation notifications should be made verbally to cs@letstr.com or to our reservation center via +90 216 987 0 777. Please have your reservation code and identity information ready for confirmation.

LetsTR Car Rental Price Conditions

Services and Products Included in LetsTR Car Rental Prices

Prices include Damage Liability Assurance and % Value Added tax. In the daily car rental service, the right to use the kilometer is limited to 3000 km per contract, provided that the daily usage is 300 km. The right to use mileage in the monthly car rental service is limited to 3000 km. The mileage fee varies on the basis of vehicle group, and you can get detailed information from our reservation center or our offices. Fuel, Damage Insurance, Voluntary Liability Assurance, One-Way Fee, Child Seat, Wi-Fi, Additional Driver and Bridge and Highway Toll Fee are calculated separately. The vehicles are delivered to the customer with a full tank. For vehicles returned with a missing or empty tank of fuel, the fuel difference is charged together with the service fee.

Our car insurances vary according to campaigns and prices. Insurance details are specified in your contract and on the delivery form. For information on the fees and limits of additional insurances you may need, you can consult our reservation center or the branch where you will rent.

6. Important Warnings:

In the following cases, the insurance coverage will be invalid and the damage will be excluded from the insurance coverage:

a) Letting the vehicle be used by someone other than the person whose name is written on the rental contract,

b) Using the vehicle outside of normal operating conditions (using the vehicle with high engine temperature, bad road conditions or walking on a flat tire, misfuelling the vehicle and other similar situations),

c) Using the vehicle outside of traffic rules (exceeding the legal speed limits, crossing a red light and other similar violations),

d) Driving the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs,

e) A load carried in the vehicle causes damage or an accident, thus causing damage to the other side.

f) Driving the vehicle carelessly and without taking precautions (not adjusting the speed according to the road conditions in rainy weather, not following the vehicle in front from the minimum safety distance and other similar uses),

g) Not reporting an accident or theft situation to the contact phones to be given to the customer immediately, leaving the vehicle at the accident site (except in case of an obstructive situation determined by a doctor's report),

h) Failure to receive the necessary reports (traffic and alcohol report) within 48 hours from the relevant authorities in an accident,

j) Failure to deliver the vehicle without approval and despite the expiry of the rental period,

k) Damages to the tire, window or headlight are not included in the "Exempt Accident Coverage".

l) Financial compensation amounts arising from the damage inflicted to third parties are covered within the scope of compulsory financial liability insurance. The customer is responsible for the amounts out of the coverage limits.

7. Services and Products Excluded from Letstr Car Rental Prices

a) Damage Assurance

The Renter has to pay the damage equal to 4% of vehicle' insurance value.In addition, the rental fee is requested for the period of time the vehicle remains in the service.It is mandatory to keep a report in case of an accident.

b) Super Damage Assurance

It is a non-exempt damage guarantee except for tire, glass and headlight damages. It is mandatory to keep a report in case of an accident.

c) One Way Usage Fee

In case the vehicle is to be rented or delivered at a different point than the specified stations, a one-way usage fee is applied. Please contact our call center for different location options for one-way use.

d) Fuel

Vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel as much as possible and a full tank is requested to be returned. If the vehicle is not delivered with a full tank, a "Fuel Filling Service Fee" of 100 TL will be requested from the renter in addition to the calculated fuel price.

e) Fast-Pass System (HGS)

HGS fee and service fee used in toll highway and bridge crossings belong to the renter.

f) Additional KM Package

Limited mileage is applied in your rentals. In the daily car rental service, the right to use the kilometer is limited to 3000 km per contract, provided that the daily usage is 300 km. If you exceed the mileage, it will be charged as 5 TL/km.

g) Additional Driver

If the driver's license is shown and meets the rental prerequisites, you can purchase it as an additional service when making an online reservation for the second driver and each subsequent driver.

h) Child Seat

Child seats can be provided in the vehicles. If you specify during your reservation, our reservation officers will inform you. You can purchase it as an additional service when making an online reservation.

i) Wi-Fi Internet Service

Wi-Fi internet service can be provided to be used in our vehicles. You can benefit from this service by purchasing it over the determined prices, provided that you comply with the fair use quota.

j) Requests for Change in Rental Contract

In cases where it is not possible to meet a requested change operationally (vehicle reservation, maintenance mileage, etc.), this demand may not be met. Even if the change request is accepted, an additional fee may be charged as this will change the price calculation that was determined at the beginning. If it is delivered earlier than the rental period, no refund will be made for the remaining days. A change that may occur in any of the following conditions may change the rental terms. The request for an extension of the rental period is received by phone at the first extension and the fee is collected and approved by your credit card. In later extension requests, the vehicle must be brought to one of the requested offices and checked.

The rental period is 24 hours. For late delivery of one hour or more, the full daily rental price may be requested. Delays in the delivery of the vehicle without obtaining approval may result in the deactivation of the insurance coverage, and may also result in an additional hourly difference fee.

j) Traffic Fine and Service Cost

The renter is responsible for traffic fines arising from the use of the vehicle that occurs during your rental. Even if LetsTR pays the penalty fee to the relevant institution, it will request the penalty fee separately from the renter. Due to the expenses incurred during the payment of the traffic fine, a service fee will be requested from the renter in addition to the fine.

k) Other Operational Extras

You can get information about the price and availability if you inform our reservation officers about the services you think may be needed during your journey.

8) Reservation Conditions

The reservations you have made through our website are valid with the following conditions:

The information entries you make on our site are made in a secure environment. After completing the reservation, you will receive an e-mail to the e-mail address you have specified, stating that a reservation has been received as specified. You must keep this e-mail; you will not be able to reach this e-mail again on the site. You agree in advance that LetsTR sends an e-mail or notification for marketing and announcement purposes to the e-mail address you provided during the reservation or to your phone.

In case of inconsistency in reservation information such as price, vehicle group, rental dates, LetsTR records will be taken as the basis. LetsTR cannot be held responsible for typographical errors or possible missing information. Therefore, make sure to check your reservation information immediately after the reservation is completed.

Incorporating your flight information into the system for rentals from airports will make it easier for us to contact you. All prices you see on our site include Accident Insurance with Exemption, VAT and the right to use the specified mileage. For your other additional service needs, you can get information from the call center or our website.

In case of a change in the rental day at the reservation and rental stage, the standard list price specified in the rental contract will be applied.

A rental contract will be signed during the rental. Even if you have made a reservation, LetsTR may not deliver the vehicle when it deems necessary. You can call our call center for detailed information. Although it is not a common practice, the selected vehicle brand and model in the reservation you have made can be replaced with an equivalent vehicle. Although all precautions have been taken to avoid any problems during your travels, in case of a possible need, please call the contact phones that will be notified to you.

The reservations you have made on our site are valid if you read and accept the "Car Rental Agreement and Conditions", "Price Conditions" and "Site Terms of Use".
